1. Line Chef

Role Overview: We are looking for a precise and passionate Line Chef to join our culinary team. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality sushi and bistro dishes, ensuring every plate meets our standards for freshness and presentation.

• Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Key Skills: Knife skills, knowledge of food safety standards, and the ability to work under pressure during peak dining hours.

2. Customer Associate

Role Overview: As the face of Sushime, youll be responsible for creating a welcoming environment. From taking precise orders to managing the flow of the dining area, your goal is to ensure every customer leaves happy.

• Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Key Skills: Excellent communication, multitasking, and a friendly, professional demeanor.

3. Bistro Assistant

Role Overview: This is a versatile role designed for a restaurant "all-rounder." You will support both the front and back of house, ensuring the bistro remains clean, stocked, and ready to serve our guests efficiently.

• Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in the restaurant industry.
