Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for offshoring and application deployment initiatives. The role involves end-to-end project governance, stakeholder coordination, risk management, SLA monitoring, and ensuring seamless activity transfer between onshore and offshore teams.

Location: Hybrid, Mumbai, India

Key Responsibilities

· Act as the SPOC for offshoring and application deployment projects.

· Organize and conduct project governance meetings (OPCO) and provide inputs for SteerCo meetings.

· Perform operational assessments of activity transfers in coordination with onshore teams and SMEs.

· Coordinate with multiple stakeholders (onshore teams, and other  contributing teams) to ensure smooth project execution.

· Plan and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.

· Track and manage project risks and issues; escalate blocking points when required.

· Participate in risk assessments, SLA setup, and other prerequisites for activity transfer.

· Monitor execution of new SLAs and amendments to existing SLAs within.

· Provide functional expertise and support when required.

Required Skills & Competencies

· Proven experience in Project Management.

· Strong proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables).

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

· Ability to manage risks, issues, and escalations effectively.

· Knowledge of Accounting Processes (preferred, not mandatory).

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree (Finance/Commerce/Engineering/Equivalent). 

9-10 Years of Experience

Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) is a plus. Relevant experience in project management, offshoring, or shared services preferred.
